Shipping Within New Zealand

Little Alpine Kids currently ships to addresses within New Zealand only.

We are proudly based in Wanaka and carefully pack each order before dispatching it through our trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy sales periods, public holidays, or promotional events.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping is available on orders over $150 NZD. (Adjust this amount if you choose a different threshold.)

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • South Island: 1–3 business days
  • North Island: 2–5 business days
  • Rural addresses: Please allow additional delivery time

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Little Alpine Kids cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information provided at the time of ordering.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@littlealpinekids.co.nz as soon as possible. We will work with NZ Post to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
