Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Little Alpine Kids, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with exchanges or store credit returns.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order for exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be free from marks, damage, odours, or signs of wear.
Be returned with proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty under New Zealand consumer law.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue either:
An exchange (subject to stock availability), or
A store credit for the value of the returned item.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Faulty Items
We take great care in selecting quality products for our customers. If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue and photographs where appropriate.
Where a product is found to be faulty, your rights will be handled in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
Sale & Clearance Items
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund unless required by New Zealand consumer law.
Stock Availability
Please choose carefully when purchasing seasonal or special occasion items, as we are unable to guarantee stock availability for exchanges. Where a suitable replacement is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How to Return an Item
To arrange a return, please contact us at hello@littlealpinekids.co.nz within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Whether you would prefer an exchange or store credit
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
